Siemens parking, Zug

Infrastructure buildings

The new construction project for the Siemens parking garage and staff restaurant in Zug is an outstanding example of modern architecture and innovative construction methods. With a focus on functionality and aesthetics, a building was created that meets both practical requirements and design demands. The combination of concrete, glass and metal mesh gives the building a unique and dynamic appearance.

The initial situation for the project was characterized by the need to expand and modernize the infrastructure of the Siemens Campus Zug. The existing office building and production facilities had to be supplemented with additional parking facilities and a new staff restaurant. One of the biggest challenges was to design a parking garage that would blend harmoniously into the urban environment while meeting the requirements for capacity and user-friendliness. The innovative façade design with air-permeable sheet metal and LED lighting systems contributes to the building's striking appearance both during the day and at night. The design also had to meet Siemens' high standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency.
