What times apply to express surcharges within working hours?

As a rule, orders received by us after 17.00 and to be delivered on the following day are express orders or orders with a surcharge for courier delivery. Express orders are also orders which are received by us before 5 p.m. and are to be delivered on the following day at a certain time (e.g. 10 a.m.).

Express orders are also orders that are delivered on the same day, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries outside the cities, which are scheduled for the following day until 12:00 o’clock, are sent by express mail. We choose the most convenient way of delivery for the customer, but we are always guided by the requested delivery date.

If you cooperate with us according to a separate project or customer agreement, the delivery conditions and express surcharges are regulated in the respective agreement.
