What information is required for an order placed via an external platform to ensure on-time delivery, e.g. Dalux, buildagil, Tremble, Smino?
For timely processing and delivery, orders placed via an external platform must be sent directly to avor@truninger-plot24.ch and include the following information in full:
- Telephone number for queries
- Full address of the ordering company or branch
- Complete delivery address, including street/number, postal code and city
- Requested delivery date
- For multiple delivery addresses: number of copies per delivery address
- Project name
- For new projects: billing details or complete billing address
Please do not send orders from external platforms directly to one of our branches. If an order is sent to a different email address, access to the files provided via the external platform may not be possible. In this case, the order cannot be processed or can only be processed after the files have been sent again.
Any missing information must be clarified before production can begin. This may delay processing and result in the requested delivery date being postponed.
We recommend saving the email address and the required information as a template in the respective external platform.
