New Ordering Platform Available: Required Preparation for Go-Live

Mandatory Preparation Before Go-Live

1. Activate Access

➡️ Set your password and log in

Link: https://plot.truninger-plot24.ch/login/standard

Select your language using the button in the top right corner.

Username: Your registered email address

For your first login, set your password using “Forgot password.”

Please save this link for future orders.

If your email address is not yet linked to a customer account, please register via “Register as a customer.”


2. Review Existing Projects

➡️ Are all relevant projects visible?

Note: Projects are assigned to a specific branch (address). You will only see projects associated with your branch.

If a project is missing, please provide:

• Project name

• Associated branch (address)

Please do not create new projects yourself. Instead, use the designated form: Complete the form


3. Add Delivery Addresses

➡️ Update the address book in your customer account

Add your frequently used delivery addresses in advance to speed up the ordering process.


4. Perform a Test

➡️ Try out the ordering process

Run through a complete order (including file upload and configuration). Submission will only be possible once Go-Live begins.


5. Add Additional Users

➡️ Only registered users can place orders

Please ensure that:

• All users placing orders are registered

• At least one user is assigned per branch

Please share this information internally as needed.

All orders must be placed exclusively via the new platform.
Previous ordering methods will no longer be available.
