Can projects be self-managed?

New Projects can continue to be created independently via the ordering portal.

Existing Projects have been transferred 1:1 with all billing addresses and contact details. Changes to existing projects CANNOT be made within the ordering platform, as this may impact ongoing orders or open invoices.
Please submit any change requests via https://lp.truninger-plot24.ch/en/contact-admin. They will then be processed by our administration.

Older projects may still be visible if we were not actively notified that they had been completed when they were closed. The old platform was not integrated, so deactivating a project did not trigger any further action.

We are working on enabling you to deactivate projects yourself in the future. Until then, we will take care of this for you once you notify us accordingly.
