The ordering platform cannot be loaded and displays a blank white page

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again.

The page is blocked

Contact your internal IT department so that the page can be whitelisted in the security settings.

No products can be selected

If you have recently registered, you first need to be assigned to your company.

No delivery addresses can be selected

A newly created project must first be assigned to the customer before the delivery address becomes available. In the next step, “Delivery distribution”, enter the delivery address manually until this assignment has been completed.

Orders via external platforms (Dalux, buildagil, Trimble, Smino, etc.)

These orders can only be produced and delivered on time if all order details are complete and consistent.
