How can I add a new cost center and manage existing ones?

  1. Log in to the web interface as an administrator via the IP address.
  2. In the menu, go to User authentication / Cost centers → Cost center setting → Cost center registration
  3. New registration
  4. If you use the start number, the next free position in the list is taken, enter the cost center name (number)
  5. Confirm with OK
  6. Then return or continue with registration

IMPORTANT:
We need the following for each new cost center
  • Name of the associated project
  • To whom it is charged (in-house, external)
  • At what intervals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
