How can I add a new cost center and manage existing ones?
- Log in to the web interface as an administrator via the IP address.
- In the menu, go to User authentication / Cost centers → Cost center setting → Cost center registration
- New registration
- If you use the start number, the next free position in the list is taken, enter the cost center name (number)
- Confirm with OK
- Then return or continue with registration
IMPORTANT:
We need the following for each new cost center
- Name of the associated project
- To whom it is charged (in-house, external)
- At what intervals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
