«Tivoli Garten» residential complex, Spreitenbach

Tivoli Garten is a modern and sustainable quarter in Spreitenbach consisting of a base building and several high-rise buildings. The project comprises two high-rise buildings and three to seven-storey long buildings. A total of around 445 rental apartments are being built, while the quarter also offers commercial, service and restaurant space.

The area next to the well-known shopping center was previously a wasteland and therefore offered potential for comprehensive urban development. There was a high demand for additional living space and modern infrastructure in Spreitenbach. The project was intended to meet this need and at the same time enhance the center of Spreitenbach. The connection to the Limmattalbahn and the integration of a mobility sharing concept were also key challenges.
