The architects (Herzog & de Meuron) required efficient version management for this major project with a very extensive plan inventory and a large amount of data, as the plans were to be versioned in large numbers. The existing solution was not suitable for this project scope.
The existing version management was expanded in UhuCloud. The assignment of new versions to previous versions was automated. The customer now only determines the hit rate for the automatic assignment, which can be defined by title or file name. The assignment then takes place automatically and can still be changed manually for each document. With this expansion, thousands of documents have now been automatically assigned and versioned efficiently and correctly.
